Wilson Residence
Port Renfrew, 2024
The 1500 Model | Two-Storey | 3 bed + 2.5 bath
We acknowledge that this home was built on the ancestral and unceded traditional territory of the Pacheedaht First Nation, meaning "People of the Sea Foam." The Pacheedaht people have lived and cared for these lands, waters, and forests for countless generations, carrying forward cultural traditions and knowledge. We are honored to have built on such sacred land, which continues to hold deep significance for the Pacheedaht community.
The Wilson family worked closely with our design team to create an inviting retreat with the 1500 Model in Port Renfrew. Offering it as a short-term rental for like-minded families seeking a nature-filled escape, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom two-story cabin uses the den/flex space as a bunk room to host extra guests. The interior features natural wood paneling, an interior feature window, and unique lighting. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a heated surf shack, an outdoor shower, hot tub, and a cozy firepit lounge on the covered patio. Large windows bring in natural light, enhancing the cabin’s connection to its forest and ocean surroundings.
